Dispute over inheritance
The writer addresses Haj Muhammad Baqir and explains the dispute as follows: according to the marriage contract of Haj ‘Abd Allah, half of an orchard belonged to the two deceased wives of Haj ‘Abd Allah and their inheritors have not transferred this property to anyone else.
